From Cairo to Chicago Digital Disruption is impacting the workplace of the future

 In digital disruption, public speaking

Disruption is affecting businesses everywhere. This week in Cairo I presented to 400 delegates at the MSA University Organisational Development & Leadership conference.

The questions from delegates in Cairo are the same ones I receive in Europe, the UK, America and Australia. Where do we start, and how can we stay ahead.

I expanded my usual digital disruption talk and looked at the 3 “Acts” that are driving the workplace of the future – namely culture change, leadership and digital disruption.

You can watch a replay of the whole talk below.

If you do watch the talk, think about how your company needs adapt and evolve as you hear about other organisations and techniques.

It was also great to present with four other great speakers Nigel Risner, Neil Fogarty, Mike Cockburn and Dawnna St. Louis.

Thanks also to Amin Sorour for inviting me, and Unique Speaker Bureau UK and Speaking Office for booking me.
