Mobile Monday Peer Award finalists announced

MobileMonday Barcelona and the Mobile Monday Community are organizing Mobile Peer Awards during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The February 16th event is expected to draw several hundred participants to see which of the international candidates are most successful in the eyes of the peers.

The competitors have been selected by local MobileMonday chapters based on the originality, creativity and innovativeness; technical and operational feasibility; and economic and financial viability.

An international jury of industry experts, investors and entrepreneurs selected the 20 finalists that will present on stage in Barcelona on February 16, 2009. Previous MobileMonday Peer Awards winners include Realeyes 3D, Mobile Complete (now Device Anywhere) and Plazes in 2007; Buzzd, Funambol, Taptu and Kimia in 2008.

You can register to attend, and the winner will be announced at event to be held at the Petit Palau of Palau de la Musica on February 16, 2009 from 16:00 till 20:00.
