Just to clarify one point on my side relating to Ogilvy.

One of the main reasons I am here is that this company has digital and interactive methodology at its heart. Despite the skills sets not yet being primarily digital, the good news is there is ongoing training in this area and the will to learn and implement is high.

There is a way to go but without the will there would be nothing.

I am fairly certain that Ogilvy will be a strong player in this space and I am lucky to be part of the process that brings them there.
